What is therapy?
Therapy (as practiced at The Marian Centre) is really another way of saying support and education.
Therapy aims to provide you with:
- identify problem areas in your life
- help you find solutions to these problems
- teach you adaptive and functional coping tools and problem solving skills. In this way we hope the skills and resources you acquire not only help you to cope in the immediate present, but assist you to do so in the future.
Integrating the latest in scientific evidence-based strategies
Day patient group programs are run over 4 weeks, 2 evenings per week, or a 2 week program, 5 days per week.

Inpatients programs run daily, with morning, afternoon and evening relaxation sessions.
