Referral Process
- It is essential to have a current referral from your General Practitioner.
- The new Medicare rebates include special items for psychiatrists and psychologists.
Your Appointment
- Please confirm your time with the reception staff.

You will need to bring:
- Your referral to the specialist.
- Copies of any investigations and tests that may have been performed.
- A list of your current medications (and your actual medications if readily available).
- Support people may be included depending on your wishes and in consultation with your treating clinician.
Payments
- Each of our clinicians provides an individual service.
- Please telephone to obtain an estimate for the services that you seek.
- Most clinicians will require payment on the day.
- Cash, cheques and EFTPOS facilities are available.
Follow-up process
- The specialist will often be in contact with your General Practitioner by writing.
- If you do not wish that information to be forwarded to your General Practitioner, please indicate this to the specialist.
Public Transport
- The consulting rooms are easily accessed via public transport with a bus stop opposite and easy walking distance from the Subiaco train station.
Parking
- Street parking is available.
- Be sure to have change for the parking meters.
